The role We are hiring a Construction & Facilities Manager to own the physical estate end-to-end — both the build-out of new clinics and the day-to-day running of existing sites. You will report into the leadership team and carry full responsibility for programme, cost and quality across the portfolio. This is a hands-on, client-side role. You will run fitout projects from acquisition support through to handover, then keep those clinics operating reliably afterwards.
