Location: Peterborough, Hybrid with approx. 1 day in the office on average and travel to national sites as required. Salary:£60,074 per annum 12 month Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility to work out of hours. About the role As a Development Manager, youll lead schemes from inception to completion, hitting the ground running and managing a high volume of detailed handovers. Youll take properties from developers with confidence, understanding the required documentation, terminology, contracts and processes, including Section?38. With a strong eye for detail, youll make informed decisions on defects, ensuring properties meet required standards. Youll manage schemes nationally including 2 in Bradford, working with a wide range of stakeholders, including those who can be challenging at times. Building strong relationships and keeping contractors engaged will be key, as will your ability to find practical solutions to complex issues. Salary: The spot salary for the Development Manager post is £60,074 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.If youre still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
