This role is ideal for someone looking to drive top-line growth, build a sector-focused practice, and shape the future of a high-growth executive search firm. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Delivery • Lead and oversee the delivery of consulting engagements across:, • Private equity due diligence (commercial, operational, and tech), • Performance improvement, • Technology transformation, • Financial and operational restructuring, • Translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation plans, • Ensure high-quality deliverables, client satisfaction, and engagement profitability Practice Leadership • Build and manage a high-performing team of consultants, • Drive the growth and development of either private equity and M&A, strategy consulting, technology consulting or professional services more broadly, • Contribute to knowledge development, methodologies, and service innovation, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., M&A, digital, data, cyber, finance) Business Development • Develop and expand strategic client relationships at a senior level, • Drive business development, with full autonomy over your practice Your Profile • Proven leader in executive search or recruitment, ideally with a track record in retained assignments, • Strong business development capabilities and client relationship management skills, • Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and ready to play a strategic role in a growing firm Experienced in: • Management consulting (Top-tier or boutique), • Big 4 Advisory, • PE-backed value creation roles, • Corporate restructuring / turnaround / transformation, • Technology and digital transformation consulting, • Experience working with private equity clients, portfolio companies, and/or distressed assets., • Strong track record in business development and practice leadership What IRG Offer • Highly competitive base salary with uncapped bonus potential, • EMI share options – benefit directly from your success and contribution, • Private healthcare, pension, and other employee benefits, • Hybrid role – 4 days in the office, 1-day WFH, • Clear progression path with structured personal and professional development, • A chance to leave your mark in a fast-growing, agile, and entrepreneurial business Ready to Shape the Future with IRG?
