Account Manager Job Requirements * Experience in a similar role * Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities, including growing sub-contractor spend on large-scale construction projects within a defined region. * A genuine interest in technical products and the ability to grasp basic engineering principles is desirable. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. * Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary, pipeline, and territory effectively. * Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs, with a proactive approach to account development and retention. * A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned area as needed.
