Sales Manager / Business Development Director – Managed IT & Cloud Solutions Hampshire/Surrey (Hybrid) £85,000 base + £135,000–£140,000 OTE (uncapped) Are you a senior business development professional who still gets a buzz from hunting new business — but also wants to lead and shape a small team? The business has a clear plan to double turnover by 2030 and is now looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager / Business Development Director to help make it happen. What You’ll Be Doing • Driving new business acquisition across SME and mid-market clients, focusing on Managed IT, Modern Workplace, and Cloud Services., • Managing and developing a team of four Account Managers, providing direction, coaching, and commercial insight (leadership experience is beneficial, not essential)., • Taking ownership of several existing accounts — building stronger relationships and uncovering new revenue opportunities., • Working closely with technical and pre-sales teams to shape and deliver high-value solutions., • Earning commission on personal sales and team performance — with a genuine six-figure OTE that rewards results. About You • A proven hunter with a track record of winning and growing new business within an IT Managed Services, Cloud, or Technology Solutions environment., • Experienced selling into SME and mid-market organisations (typically 11–500 seats)., • Confident working with technical teams to build tailored solutions., • Commercially sharp, consultative, and motivated by success., • A team player who enjoys mentoring others but still loves getting out to win deals.
