Key Responsibilities • Own and deliver £1–2m in annual revenue, closing complex, high-value deals (£250k–£1.5m)., • Lead senior-level conversations with payments executives, risk leaders, and commercial stakeholders., • Run highly consultative sales cycles involving customised pricing, structures, and solutions., • Build and refine sales processes suitable for an early-stage, scaling environment., • Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product direction and roadmap., • Support brand visibility and early-stage marketing initiatives across core markets., • Represent the business at industry events and conferences across Europe and APAC. Essential Experience • Circa7+ years experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive or equivalent., • Proven track record of personally closing £1m+ annual revenue on a consistent basis., • Strong network and credibility within the payments ecosystem (e.g. acquirers, payment facilitators, PSPs, fintechs)., • Demonstrable experience in complex, consultative sales with high levels of deal customisation., • Comfortable operating in startup environments – you’re senior, but very hands-on., • Experience selling across the UK and Western Europe. Nice to Have • Exposure to insurance, underwriting, or risk-led products., • Experience building or scaling regional sales teams., • Close collaboration with marketing in early GTM stages., • US-related sales exposure., • Experience working remotely in distributed teams pre-Covid. Working Environment • Remote-first, globally distributed team (c.20 people)., • International travel expected (Europe regularly, APAC c.2x per year)., • Limited inbound leads - success will come from proactive, intelligent outbound activity.
