Join Our Team as a Residential Childcare Support Worker!\n Company: Bayview Childcare \n Location: Bolton-le-Sands, Carnforth \n Contract: Part-time, permanent \n Specific Hours: 20 hours per week, worked on a shift pattern \n Salary: Up to £16,661.60 pro rata, inclusive of sleep-in shifts (equivalent to £26,603.20 FTE) \n Are you a warm and motivated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? At Bayview Childcare, we’re on the lookout for passionate Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our welcoming team. You’ll be working in one of our family-style homes in Bolton-le-Sands, supporting up to four young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. \n Your role will be pivotal in helping these children build confidence, develop essential life skills, and achieve positive outcomes. You’ll create a safe, nurturing, and homely environment where every young person can thrive. Our homes are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted, and we need dedicated individuals who can help us maintain these high standards. \n If you don’t already hold a relevant qualification, don’t worry! You’ll have the opportunity to complete either the Level 3 Diploma or Level 4 Practitioner Apprenticeship within two years. A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
