We are looking for a second pizza chef to support the senior chef. Ideally you have experience making dough, stretching and baking in a wood-fired oven. We will train you in our methods and you will be able to learn new skills in a short period of time. You will be expected to be able to work independently when the senior pizza chef is off. You will also learn a small menu of easy starters and salads, as well as helping the senior pizza chef with preparations and keeping the kitchens tidy during and at the end of the service.
