This is a senior, highly visible role where digital expertise is essential. You will act as the commercial authority across key technology categories, ensuring market-leading commercial models, robust supplier governance and long-term digital resilience. The Opportunity As Senior Digital Category Manager, you will: Lead and deliver end-to-end digital category strategies across cybersecurity, networks, telecoms and software Support major digital and technology project delivery contracts Provide commercial insight across digital supply markets, emerging technologies and innovation trends Own a high-value supplier portfolio Embed best-practice digital commercial governance across senior stakeholder groups Balance value creation with commercial risk and supply resilience Influence, challenge and partner with senior technology and business leaders What you'll need: Proven experience in a digital, technology or IT-focused commercial role Strong understanding of digital commercial frameworks (software licensing, SaaS, cloud, project delivery models) Experience managing complex, high-value digital categories Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior level Deep awareness of digital supply market dynamics, innovation trends and risk management Strong negotiation capability across complex contractual environments This is a role for someone who recognises that digital capability is central to operational resilience and long-term transformation and who can ensure commercial arrangements keep pace with technological change. JOB TITLE: Food Technologist DEPARTMENT: Technical REPORTS TO: Technical Manager RESPONSIBLE FOR: N/A ROLE: • Complete customer requests in a timely and organised manner, • Investigate customer complaints and complete monthly or quarterly KPI report., • Review customer portals at least on a weekly frequency and ensure alerts are responded to., • Provide technical Support to the company and all customers within reasons of the role., • Assist in the development/maintenance of company policies in line with new legislation, customer requirements or company standards, • Assist the technical manager during customer audits and visits, including during third party inspections, or lead these., • Assist the technical manager during customer KPI reviews, and in the tasks associated with this to ensure completion and customer satisfaction., • Keep abreast of legislation to ensure company compliance and communicate any changes internally., • Assist in the benchmarking of products to ensure technical compliance to specification., • Work closely with NPD and Commercial to integrate with the NPD launch process to ensure successful product launches, • Ensure new products are analysed according to customer requirements for nutrition and shelf life., • Manage objectives set by the technical manager and ensure completion within the timescales provided., • Completion of Quality Attribute sheets and any other technical documentation required by the customer, or the business., • Assist in the update and maintenance of Unity to ensure technical information is available for all products., • Attend and assist with development and PPR trials.
