Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience using procurement systems, purchasing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong understanding of hospitality supply chains, supplier markets, and industry trends. The ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver results in an interim role. A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels. A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional outcomes. WHAT WE LOOK FOR We’re here to rethink what a modern lifestyle hotel can be. Each item will have an agreed minimum selling price. Commission will be earned when a sale is completed at or above that authorised price and the customer’s cleared payment has been received. For example: • A completed £10,000 sale earns £1,000 commission, • A completed £20,000 sale earns £2,000 commission, • A completed £50,000 sale earns £5,000 commission This structure provides a basic payment for the work involved in organising and developing the business, together with substantial earning potential for someone who can use their experience, contacts and commercial ability to achieve results.
