If so, we’d love to hear from you! 🙌 Please note this role will cover the whole South of England area. 🔍 Purpose of the Role As our Area Sales Manager for the South of England, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth across assigned and target accounts. You will: • Responsible for developing sales programs that maximise sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts., • Postholder will oversee and conduct market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, whilst developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge. 🧩 Main responsibilities • Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals., • Meet or exceed targeted sales quotas and productivity standards., • Ensuring compliance with all company policies, and UK laws and regulations., • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis., • Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained (as applicable), • Collect customer feedback and market research to grow the business., • Contribute innovative suggestions and ideas that will enable the business to develop and grow and work as part of the whole business team so that interaction across the Company is realised., • Liaise with internal sales team to ensure seamless customer service from conception to completion., • Visit sites to conduct site surveys and attend pre-contract meetings., • Perform product demonstrations for customers., • Generate new sales avenues with key accounts or new contractors and process orders., • Additional/different appropriate responsibilities to ensure the needs of the client are best served, at all times. 🧠 Skills & Knowledge You’ll Bring • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation., • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment., • Experience in working with and influencing other people., • Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers., • Ability to be flexible, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment., • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
