    Location: London, W51UP Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 35,000 per year, depending on experience About the Role We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy food warehouse. This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring strong leadership and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse team, allocating daily workloads and ensuring that orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. Main Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team., • Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time., • Manage and monitor staff performance and productivity., • Organise picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders., • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries., • Ensure goods are received, checked and stored correctly., • Monitor stock levels, stock rotation and expiry dates., • Ensure chilled, frozen and ambient products are stored and handled correctly., • Investigate stock, picking and packing discrepancies., • Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records., • Ensure Health & Safety and food-handling procedures are followed., • Train, support and supervise warehouse employees., • Assist with staff rotas and daily staffing requirements., • Liaise with management, drivers and other departments., • Identify operational problems and implement improvements., • Carry out stock counts and inventory checks., • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse., • Assist with driving/deliveries or vehicle movements when operationally required. Essential Requirements • Previous managerial or supervisory experience is required., • Previous warehouse experience is required (minimum 2 years experience)., • Full UK driving licence is required (held for a minimum of 2 years), • Good spoken and written English is required. Previous experience within a food, FMCG, retail or wholesale warehouse would be highly desirable.

Every year, CAAS supports hundreds of ADHD and autistic children, young people, adults and their families through information, advice, support services, training and community programmes. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking a talented fundraiser who can help us build strong supporter relationships, develop new income streams, and ensure our vital work reaches even more people. This varied and rewarding role will include: • Developing and delivering community fundraising initiatives and events, • Recruiting and supporting individual and community fundraisers, • Building relationships with donors, schools, community groups and corporate partners, • Researching and developing new fundraising opportunities, • Supporting trust and grant applications, • Helping to grow digital and social media fundraising campaigns, • Maintaining fundraising records and supporter data using our CRM, • Representing CAAS at events, presentations and community engagements You will also act as an ambassador for the charity, delivering excellent supporter care and helping donors understand the impact of their contributions. About You We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative and a proven ability to generate income through fundraising activities. You will have: Essential • Experience in a fundraising role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector, • A successful track record in community fundraising, events, individual giving or related income generation, • Experience building relationships with donors, supporters, community groups or corporate partners, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Excellent written skills, including experience preparing funding applications or fundraising materials, • Experience using a CRM or database to manage supporter information, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, • A positive, professional and collaborative approach Desirable • Experience supporting fundraising volunteers or volunteer groups, • Corporate fundraising experience, • Experience contributing to larger trust and foundation applications, • Knowledge of digital fundraising and social media campaigns, • A fundraising qualification or equivalent experience, • Full UK driving licence You do not need previous experience of working with ADHD or autistic people.
