Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor 📍 Birmingham | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Hybrid Working Available 💰 Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience) On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing legal team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected firm handling high-quality real estate matters across a broad range of sectors. The Role The successful candidate will manage a busy and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, and landlord and tenant work. You’ll work with a wide client base including investors, developers, SMEs, and occupiers, offering commercially focused legal advice and transactional support. Key Responsibilities • Handling commercial property transactions from instruction to completion., • Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase contracts, leases, licences, and related documents., • Advising clients on lease arrangements, development projects, and property finance matters., • Conducting due diligence and title reviews., • Managing client relationships and maintaining high service standards., • Working collaboratively with colleagues across other departments when needed. Candidate Requirements • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property law., • Proven experience handling your own caseload., • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills., • A proactive, professional, and commercial approach to work., • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
