Now, we’re a close-knit team and we offer a range of fire, security, and electrical services in Essex and beyond… The Role • Basic Salary of £35,000.00 to £45,000.00 per year depending on experience, • Commission on Sales - On Target Earnings of £60,000.00 plus, • 21 days’ annual leave plus statutory public holidays, plus your birthday off, plus an additional day annual leave for every consecutive three years of service (capped at five additional days), • Working Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday, • Company pension scheme, plus discretionary team bonuses, • Company car provided upon successful completion of your probationary period (car allowance/access to vehicles during the probationary period), • Company mobile phone and laptop Within this role you will benefit from • Access to discounted courses run by the Fire Industry Association (FIA) and continual in-house technical training., • Training to equip you with the knowledge of our customer base and company processes., • Joining company socials and team-building days., • Free parking available on-site., • The opportunity to take charge of your own time management, delivering prompt, reliable, hassle-free service to our customers., • The satisfaction of being part of the development and growth of WFP Group, • Most importantly, the opportunity to grow within the sales team., • Essentially, as far as potential – the balls in your court!
