Alliance has an exciting new job opportunity for a Martech Analyst is to support the business in turning marketing technology into a connected, insight-driven engine for performance and scale. This role reports to the Digital Product Technology Manager forming part of the Data and Reporting function within IT, based in Chippenham 2 days a week on a hybrid permanent contract. Our Martech Analyst will be joining Alliance who are a fast paced and highly ambitious consumer healthcare organisation, going through an exiting transformation which includes automation and efficiencies. What you will be doing? • Act as the go between for business teams and our IT, Business Technology, and Data teams, • Provide subject matter expertise and hands on delivery of our core marketing technology stack including Digital Asset Management (DAM), Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, CRM/KYC, email platforms, and web analytics tools, • Contribute to the definition, selection and implementation of digital platforms and tools, • Provide technical input and coordination throughout the delivery lifecycle, including system upgrades, test planning, release readiness and change control, ensuring quality assurance and minimal disruption to operations., • Create and maintain documentation for our tooling, drive best practices and operational excellence, • Review process documentation and business requirements, advising on technical feasibility, identifying optimisation opportunities, and shaping technical specifications, • Work closely with the automation team to manage integrations and data flows between marketing systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy, • Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, tag management systems, and other reporting tools to monitor performance, generate analytics, and support data-driven decision making across marketing initiatives., • Help ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, ADA, etc.) across all marketing technology, • Maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, identifying their needs for technology products and services, supporting the roadmap for delivery, and ensuring timely delivery to agreed quality standards, • Explore emerging capabilities including AI driven automation and predictive analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness What we’re looking for? • A blend of technical, analytical and marketing-focused qualifications rather than one single, fixed path, • Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Business, Or equivalent professional / hands-on experience in marketing technology or digital analytics, • Hands on experience working with key marketing technology platforms (including but not limited to customer data platforms, DAM, CRM, marketing automation tools), • Proven experience with web analytics tools, including implementation, reporting, and deriving actionable insights to optimise marketing performance., • Requirement gathering, vendor reviewing, setting up, configuring, and maintaining mainstream marketing platforms and technologies, • Experience in communicating complex technology solutions in simple terms to businesspeople and translating business needs into technological solutions, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, • Experience with documentation and process improvement, • Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements, • Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities
