Unlike most other entry level sales roles, this role won't involve cold calling, as you'll be contacting companies that are already paying for services The Role: As Client Success Executive , you'll be responsible for introducing yourself to current customers as you look to build relationships and introduce new service lines. Responsibilities will include: Outreach - You'll be contacting current customers, predominantly using the phone but also by email & LinkedIn. Building Relationships - You'll be the face of the business and responsible for creating and building long lasting relationships. Research - Before reaching out to customers, you'll do your due-diligence and background research into the business so you can have the most impact possible when getting in touch. Becoming an Expert - Whilst you won't be expected to be an expert straight away, you'll be keeping up to date with new products and releases so you can continue to be credible with your customers. Earning Potential - Your base salary will be £30,000 and you'll have the opportunity to earn commission on top from day one (OTE of £45,000 in year 1 , but it's completely uncapped).
