HYNEDALE LIMITED represents Sleek, a hair fashion brand established in 1989, supplying wigs, hair extensions, ponytails, and beauty products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across the UK and international markets. We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Executive to help grow our customer base, strengthen existing relationships, and drive sales performance across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role combining business development, account management, customer support, and sales operations. Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development • Identify and approach new retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and trade customers., • Generate new sales opportunities through phone calls, customer visits, networking, referrals, and industry events., • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline., • Convert leads into long-term customers.Account Management, • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers., • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews., • Identify opportunities to increase sales and product penetration., • Support customers with product recommendations, promotions, and new launches.Sales & Customer Operations, • Follow customer orders from enquiry through to delivery., • Work closely with customer service and operations teams to resolve customer issues., • Ensure customer enquiries, complaints, and requests are handled promptly and professionally., • Monitor customer activity, repeat purchases, and account performance.Credit Control & Account Monitoring, • Support the management of customer credit limits and outstanding balances., • Follow up overdue payments when required., • Escalate potential account risks to management.Market Intelligence, • Gather competitor information, customer feedback, and market trends., • Provide regular insights on customer needs, product opportunities, and industry developments., • Support product launches and promotional activities.Events & Trade Shows, • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry exhibitions., • Assist with customer presentations and product demonstrations. RequirementsEssential • Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or business development., • Strong communication and relationship-building skills., • Confident speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone., • Results-driven with a proactive approach to generating sales., • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities., • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits.Preferred, • Experience within hair, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, wholesale, retail, or related industries., • Experience working with B2B customers., • Experience managing customer accounts and sales targets., • Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel.
