The successful candidate will lead a range of compliance focused operational challenges putting safety first, implementing long-term compliance improvement plans, upskilling local teams, identifying opportunities towards Net Zero, to name a few. Key responsibilities include: • Deliver outputs for the Regional Technical Team and provide specialist B&CE technical advice to Infrastructure Managers and frontline staff across military establishments., • Review projects and infrastructure on active construction sites (travel required; H&S training provided)., • Oversee and progress construction projects with industry partner VIVO, including new builds, refurbishments, and minor works (up to approx. 4M) to support military capability., • Ensure timely progress through procurement and delivery, maintaining statutory compliance and value for money., • Engage collaboratively with industry and internal SMEs to achieve optimal technical solutions and assure project delivery., • Participate in customer engagement forums on estate-related issues and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
