Job Description Who we're looking for To provide analytical, coordination, and operational support to the Financial Performance Modelling function. The role will help embed key cost allocation and performance management processes into BAU, supporting month-end delivery, model governance, and continuous improvement activity. We are looking for a Performance Analyst to join our team on a Fixed Term contract for 12 months. About Schroders We're a global investment manager. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre and we have everything we need to work flexibly. What you'll do • Experience in FP&A, finance operations, or cost allocations, ideally within financial services or a similar complex environment., • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets; high proficiency in Excel and good working knowledge of Power BI., • Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders., • Attention to detail and disciplined approach to documentation, controls, and governance., • Exposure to automation or data transformation tools is an advantage, but not essential; willingness to learn new systems and processes is key. The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help, • Reliable, diligent, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment., • Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines., • Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and professionally with colleagues at all levels., • Curious and improvement-oriented, with a desire to streamline and simplify processes.
