As our Deputy Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager and leading our dedicated team. Your mission? To ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and service for our residents. \n In this impactful role, you will: \n\n • Support the assessment and implementation of personalized care plans\n, • Assist qualified staff in delivering safe, effective, and person-centered support\n, • Engage in daily activities that promote well-being, dignity, and independence\n, • Help cultivate a positive and nurturing environment for our residents\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n\n, • Experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager, ready for your next challenge\n, • A natural leader who is approachable, supportive, and skilled at inspiring others\n, • A passion for high-quality care and a deep understanding of its importance to residents and their families\n, • Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing care-related tasks (risk assessments, audits, compliance)\n\n Above all, you genuinely care about people—both the residents we support and your colleagues. \n Note: This is a leadership role at Priory.
