We are seeking a proven Senior MEP Designer to join an established delivery team working on complex high end projects. The role is aimed at experienced designers capable of taking co-ordinated models through to full manufacturing output while working collaboratively within a structured team environment. Key Responsibilities • Produce detailed MEP models as part of a multi-disciplinary team, • Lead and contribute to MEP coordination and clash resolution, • Develop models from coordination level through to manufacturing and fabrication drawings, • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and external consultants, • Support and guide less experienced team members when required, • Attend and contribute to technical coordination meetings, • Ensure all outputs are buildable, accurate and programme-aligned Required Experience • Demonstrable senior level experience provding MEP services, • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, • Proven track record delivering co-ordinated construction and manufacturing drawings, • Comfortable working within a team and taking ownership of your scope, • Able to work independently without supervision once briefed Commercial Terms: £35-£45 per hour,dependent on experience and capability Role Suitability: This role suits senior designers operating at co-ordination and manufacturing level who are comfortable delivering fully coordinated models as part of a wider team and taking responsibility for information that progresses during to manufacture and site. Job post summary Pay: £50,000.00-£72,000.00 per year Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a capable Revit Technician with a strong mechanical bias to join our delivery team working on complex high end projects. The role focuses on developing co-ordinated models and producing accurate fabrication level drawings that progresses directly to manufacture and site. Key Responsibilities • Produce detailed mechanical Revit MEP models as part of a wider MEP and engineering team, • Develop fabrication and manufacturing drawings from coordinated models, • Support MEP coordination and clash resolution activities, • Work closely with mechanical engineers, senior designers and project teams, • Ensure drawings reflect buildability, access and installation requirements, • Maintain drawing quality, accuracy and consistency across deliverables Required Experience • Strong Revit experience with a mechanical services focus, • Proven experience producing fabrication or manufacturing drawings, • Good understanding of mechanical systems, pipework and supports, • Experience working with co-ordinated project teams, • Ability to work with engineers' and senior designers' inputs with minimal supervision Commercial Terms: £28-£38 per hour,dependent on fabrication experience and structural steel exposure Role Suitability: This role suits a mechanically biased technician who is comfortable working beyond basic modelling and is capable of delivering drawings that are used directly for fabrication and installation in a team environment.
