We are looking for an AI Consultant to develop and implement an AI-driven solution that can analyze candidate responses to assess truthfulness and consistency during the recruitment process. Job Summary
We seek a skilled Artificial Intelligence Consultant to help us integrate AI-driven analytics into our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP), with a focus on behavior analysis and deception detection. Key Responsibilities
• Develop or implement AI tools to assess candidate responses for truthfulness using NLP, voice analysis, or facial recognition.
• Analyze behavioral cues, linguistic patterns, and inconsistencies in candidate responses during interviews or assessments.
• Recommend or integrate existing AI solutions that specialize in deception detection.
• Ensure ethical AI use, maintaining compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws.
• Train and fine-tune AI models based on recruitment-specific datasets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine AI-assisted candidate screening.
• Provide insights into AI-driven recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes. Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in AI, ML, NLP, or behavioral analytics.
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven sentiment analysis and deception detection.
• Experience working with AI tools such as OpenAI, IBM Watson, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of ethics in AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate assessment tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience in HR Tech, recruitment automation, or behavioral AI.
• Prior experience implementing AI in real-world recruitment or security settings. What We Offer
