The role The Global Business Services (GBS) team has experienced significant growth in recent years and this position offers an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing team. The GBS senior management team currently consists of one Partner and four Directors and we are looking for an exceptional individual to provide support to our strategic growth plans. As a Service Delivery Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in transforming our client experience by leading the delivery of outsourced accounting services. Youll act as a senior member of our Service Delivery Team, helping to shape how we support clients and drive operational excellence. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of key management processes across multiple client projects. This includes risk and issue management, planning and coordination of deliverables, governance, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting. Youll be responsible for ensuring all aspects of service delivery meet time, cost, and quality targetsso autonomy, proactivity, and strong communication skills are essential. Youll be someone with: Project management or co-ordination experience, ideally in Professional or Financial Services Experience of working with international clients/businesses Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience of balancing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously Attention to detail and ability to identify/resolve issues Youll be able to be yourself; well recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
