Based full-time in Avonmouth, Bristol, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business operations, maintaining high standards of organisation, communication and compliance. \n This position is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service. \n Key Responsibilities \n Administration & Office Support \n\n • Manage day-to-day administrative activities across the office.\n, • Maintain accurate records, filing systems and business documentation.\n, • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation.\n, • Coordinate diaries, meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements.\n, • Organise internal meetings, take minutes and distribute actions.\n, • Ensure office administration processes are efficient and effective.\n\n Project & Operational Support \n\n • Provide administrative support to project and operational teams.\n, • Maintain project records, trackers and compliance documentation.\n, • Assist with the preparation of reports, KPIs and business updates.\n, • Support onboarding, inductions and training administration.\n, • Ensure documentation is maintained in line with company procedures.\n\n Stakeholder Coordination \n\n • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.\n, • Build effective working relationships across departments.\n, • Handle enquiries professionally and efficiently.\n, • Support communication between management, teams and third parties.\n, • Assist with Health & Safety, Quality and compliance administration.\n, • Support internal audits and document reviews.\n, • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.\n, • Produce accurate management information and reports as required.\n\n Skills & Experience \n Essential \n\n • Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Project Administrator role.\n, • Strong administrative and organisational skills.\n, • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.\n, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.\n, • Professional and proactive approach to work.\n, • Experience supporting senior managers and wider teams.\n\n Desirable \n\n • Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, logistics or a project-led environment.\n, • Knowledge of document control systems.\n, • Experience supporting Health & Safety or compliance activities.\n, • Familiarity with project administration processes.\n\n Personal Attributes \n\n • Highly organised and efficient.\n, • Professional, approachable and trustworthy.\n, • Strong problem-solving abilities.\n, • Positive and collaborative team player.\n, • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.\n, • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\n, • Committed to delivering high standards of service and support.\n\n What We Offer \n\n • Competitive salary.\n, • Company pension scheme.\n, • Generous annual leave entitlement.\n, • Career development and training opportunities.\n, • Supportive team environment.\n, • Long-term career progression opportunities.\n
