Providing high-quality, person-centred support to five adult males with learning disabilities and autism, enabling them to live meaningful, fulfilled lives in a safe and supportive environment. The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the home and drive excellence in care, leadership, and compliance. As the CIW Registered Manager , you will have full accountability for the day-to-day management of the service and for ensuring compliance with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and associated regulations. You will provide strong, visible leadership to your team while ensuring the people we support receive outstanding, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
