About the Role We are seeking a confident and organised administrator to join our team for a fixed term of 6 months. This role is a mix of customer-facing and internal administrative work, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating professionally with customers as well as supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks. This position would ideally suit someone with previous office or administrative experience who can work independently once trained and is confident handling enquiries. Key Responsibilities • Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner, • Managing and responding to emails, • Carrying out general office and administrative duties, • Data entry and maintaining accurate records, • Using internal company systems (full training provided), • Supporting colleagues with internal admin tasks as required What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in an administrative, office, or customer-facing role, • Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills, • Well-organised, reliable, and able to use initiative, • Comfortable working with internal systems and learning new processes, • Able to manage routine tasks with minimal supervision This role is best suited to someone with existing workplace experience rather than an entry-level or trainee position.
