Responsibilities • Assist with the management of property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date, • Coordinate and conduct viewings and follow up with potential tenants to gather feedback, • Maintain an organised filing system for tenant applications, contracts, keys and correspondence, • Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication throughout the lettings process, • Carry out property inventories and key audits, • Quarterly property checks, • Handle administrative checks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing schedules, • Support the team in marketing properties and events through various channels including online platforms and on social media, • Other Ad-Hoc duties Skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, • Excellent administrative abilities to ensure efficient office operations, • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues, • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous, enhancing communications with diverse clientele, • This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in the property sector whilst contributing positively to our team goals.
