Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients. Skills & Knowledge required: Aged 16 or over and not in full time education Driver's licence (recommended). Good physical strength and hand-eye coordination. Good time management and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. A growth mindset and passion for learning. 3 x GCSEs (or Level 2 equivalent) including Maths and English minimum Grade 4 with a further STEM qualification, i.e. Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics prior to induction/enrolment.
