Devon Highways is currently looking to for a permanent Site Supervisor to work on our Term Maintenance contract covering Area South in Rydon and Ivybridge. As a Site Supervisor you will be part of our Devon Highways Team who are responsible for maintaining the Highways network for Devon County Council. To successfully deliver the Devon Highways maintenance contract in line with the M Group Highways values, policies and approach. The role requires a positive working relationship with the client, the contract team, the wider M Group team, the supply chain, and all other stakeholders. Specific focus on operational delivery across the depots to ensure all resources are utilised safely, efficiently, and effectively to maximise productivity outputs. Want to come and be a part of it? You'll work closely with M Group staff and service manager representatives to manage changes identified on site We'll ask you to keep accurate records including site diary, records of works undertaken, resource allocations and as-built information.
