As an HR Co-ordinator/Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance. Key Tasks: • Provide comprehensive administrative support across HR systems and processes., • Assist with recruitment activities, interviews and onboarding., • Maintain accurate employee records and manage absence reporting., • Support employee relations cases and prepare HR documentation., • Contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives and community engagement projects. What we are looking for: • Solid work history., • Strong administration and organisational skills., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (preferred)., • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
