Project Manager – Water Sector (NEC3/4) Locations: Peterborough | Manchester | Reading | Snodland | Brighton | London Join Movar, one of the UK’s fastest-growing consultancies transforming how capital delivery programmes are delivered across the water sector. Key Responsibilities Contract & Commercial Management • Administer NEC3/4 contracts (Options A, C & E) on behalf of clients or delivery partners., • Lead contractual communications including EWNs, CE submissions, responses and programme acceptance., • Manage budgets, defined cost tracking, forecast updates, and support QS teams with valuations., • Develop scope, feasibility assessments, and delivery strategies aligned with AMP programmes., • Prepare or support tender documentation, evaluation, and contractor engagement., • Contribute to risk registers, mitigation planning, and programme baselining., • Monitor programme progress, cost, risk, change and performance against KPIs., • Manage change control, contract variations, and ensure compliance with NEC processes., • Maintain accurate project records, dashboards and reporting packs., • Promote best practice, digital tools and process improvements across Movar project teams., • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, delivery reviews and lessons learned., • Support bid writing, work winning and development of Movar’s Project Management service line. What You’ll Bring • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field., • Strong experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally in the UK water sector., • Proven administration of NEC3/4 contracts (Options A, C or E essential)., • NEC Accreditation, NEC Project Manager Certificate or working towards it (highly desirable)., • Working towards or chartered with APM, ICE, RICS, CIOB or similar., • Valid CSCS card and Water Hygiene (SHEA) card desirable., • Full right to work in the UK and willingness to travel to sites across listed locations.
