Field Service Engineer - East Midlands, UK – Healthcare About the Company: We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with experience with electromechanical products in the healthcare, equipment or device industry to join a well-established, leader in their field. There is substantial travel in this role including to mainland Europe when needed. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is confident working independently while remaining closely connected to the wider operational team. • Service, maintain and repair heavy plant machinery including FLTs, MEWPs, tower lights and larger plant equipment, • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with company schedules, • Attend breakdowns and carry out timely, effective repairs to minimise downtime, • Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, • Maintain accurate service records and documentation, • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations, • Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role, • Strong all-round knowledge of plant machinery and equipment, • Experience working on heavy dumpers, including CAT 771 and 775 models, • Experience working with CAT machinery, • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively, • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, • Previous experience in a mobile or field-based engineering role, • Weekend call out every 3 weeks at £75 per day, • Saturday 1.5 and Sunday double time #J-18808-Ljbffr
