Technical Authority: While leadership-focused, you must remain a technical "touchstone" for complex matters including: Pre- and post-contract cost management for multi-million-pound developments. Feasibility studies, procurement strategy, and final account negotiations. Strategic cost advice for specialized R&D and Life Sciences facilities. Network: An established professional network within the Oxford "Golden Triangle" is highly desirable. Eligibility: Candidates must currently reside in the UK with full Right to Work.
