Role Overview We're seeking a confident and driven Telemarketer to join our team and help expand our client base. In this role, you will engage with business owners of waste disposal companies and similar industries, introduce them to our services, and generate new client leads. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners in waste disposal and similar commercial industries, • Present the company’s electrical services in a professional and engaging manner, • Identify potential clients' needs and match them with our offerings, • Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for our sales team as needed, • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes on our weekly KPI sheets, • Experience: You must have at least 1 year of cold calling / telemarketing experience within the last 5 years, • Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and professional phone manner, • Motivation: Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude, • Flexibility: Ability to choose and manage your own working hours effectively, • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic CRM systems or spreadsheets to track progress, • Flexibility: Work from home and choose your own hours, • Competitive Pay: £15 per hour plus 10% of the profit from the first job for every new client you bring onboard, • Independence: Work on a self-employed basis with autonomy over your schedule If you're a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!
