Duties Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery. Supervise and support team members, including front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations. Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, inventory management, and quality control. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all operational areas. Manage customer relations, addressing complaints or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Assist in training new staff members and ongoing professional development of team members. Support event planning and execution as needed, including serving during busy periods or special functions. Maintain organised records of daily operations, staff schedules, and inventory. Qualifications Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality sector, ideally in restaurants. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Experience in team management and leadership roles with excellent organisational skills. Familiarity with restaurant service procedures, including serving and hospitality practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanour. A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
