CNC Turner/Programmer Slough Full-Time – Permanent role £45,000-£60,000 DOE Our client, a precision engineering business serving robotics, defence, and high-performance sectors, is looking for an experienced CNC Turner and/or Programmer. They operate modern HAAS lathes and mills and use Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM. Role: • Program, set, and operate HAAS CNC lathes and mills, • Create and optimise toolpaths in Fusion 360, • Inspect components for dimensional accuracy, • Assist with milling operations when needed, • Plan and manage workloads to meet production targets, • Support and mentor junior staff Requirements: • 5+ years’ CNC turning experience, • Skilled with HAAS lathes and Fusion 360 CAM, • Strong CAD knowledge for workholding setups, • Good understanding of tooling, materials, and machining principles, • Confident reading engineering drawings, • Experience supervising or training staff Due to the nature of the work the client is not able to offer sponsorship
