About Us HGG Properties Ltd is a fast-growing property investment and management company with rental homes across North West London. We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team full-time, carrying out day-to-day repairs and upkeep across our portfolio. The Role You’ll handle a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including: • General repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor electrics, etc.), • Garden maintenance (lawn mowing, hedge trimming), • Rubbish removal & occasional cleaning at changeovers, • Furniture assembly, lock changes, inspections & preventative maintenance, • Coordinating with tenants and management, • Occasionally assist with property refurbishments, void works, and small-scale upgrades. Office Administrator (Part-Time) We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week, 7–8 hours per day). The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident using computers, and have a good understanding of digital marketing and social media. Key Responsibilities: General office administration and organisation Managing correspondence and supporting day-to-day operations Assisting with digital marketing tasks, including social media updates and content scheduling Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative and marketing projects Requirements: Experience in office administration Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, online tools) Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing Excellent communication and organisational skills. Details: Part-time: 2–3 days per week (7–8 hours per day) with the possibility of becoming full time in a couple of months time. Pay: £12–£15 per hour (depending on experience)
