What This Role Is Really About At its core, this role is about matching the right child with the right foster home quickly, safely, and effectively. Youll be right in the middle of it all: • Placement requests coming in, • Carer availability changing, • Local Authorities needing answers, • Decisions that genuinely impact childrens lives Its busy. It moves fast. And it matters.
