• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred clinical care for acute, chronic disease and preventive care, including face‑to‑face, telephone, and online consultations as part of a total triage model., • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and ensure effective continuity through personal list working where possible., • Participate in practice meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and significant event reviews., • Support and supervise trainees and students when appropriate, based on experience and interest., • Manage administrative tasks related to patient care, including referrals, pathology results, and correspondence., • Take part in duty doctor sessions on a shared rota basis and engage with practice development, innovation and service improvement., • Full GMC registration and inclusion on the GP Performers List., • Qualified General Practitioner (completion of Training – CCT)., • Currently on a Practice (or GP) performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register., • DBS clearance., • Experience working in primary care and commitment to ongoing CPD and maintaining professional standards., • Evidence of further postgraduate educational activities in relevant fields (e.g., MRCGP, DCH, DRCOG, RCGP)., • Substance Misuse Certificate Level 1 or 2., • F2 supervisor training/teaching diploma or equivalent., • Excellence in coagulation insertion procedures., • CPD activities that demonstrate continuous professional development.
