Spinal Surgeon (Neurosurgery or Orthopaedic Spine) High-Earning Potential | Established Referral Base Onsite role - Melbourne and Regional Victoria A rare opportunity exists for a FRACS-qualified spinal surgeon to join a well-established, multidisciplinary surgical practice with a strong and consistent referral pipeline and access to state-of-the-art facilities across Melbourne and regional Victoria. The Opportunity You will step into a busy, referral-driven practice managing a broad spectrum of spinal conditions, including degenerative cervical and lumbar disease, trauma, deformity, and complex spinal pathology. With regular and ad hoc operating lists, multiple consulting locations, and an integrated network of referrers including GPs, pain specialists, and emergency departments, you will be positioned to build a high-volume, high-impact practice from day one. About You • FRACS (Neurosurgery or Orthopaedics), • Fellowship or consultant-level experience in spinal surgery, • Strong clinical judgement and surgical capability, • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, • Comfortable managing both elective and acute spinal presentations Why Consider This Role This is not a build-from-scratch position.
