Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a 3.5-tonne converted van/ Vehicle with attached trailer. Deliver and collect vehicles from customers, depots, or other specified locations across the UK. Ensure accurate completion of delivery/collection paperwork and digital documentation. Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times. Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and minimize delays. Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times. Requirements: Age 21 or over (due to insurance requirements). Must hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 2 years. No current points or driving convictions. Proven experience driving 3.5-tonne vans; trailer experience highly desirable. Comfortable with long-distance driving and overnight stays if required. Strong understanding of road safety, vehicle handling, and towing regulations. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. This is a one-time contract role, perfect for a culinary professional with experience in menu development, particularly in Mediterranean and brunch cuisine, who can translate a creative vision into a fully realized, operationally feasible menu. Write detailed, scalable recipes with ingredient lists, prep instructions, quantities, and estimated costs. Develop plating guides for each dish with photo references or sketches. Create kitchen prep guides and batch cooking instructions to support smooth kitchen operations. Conduct on-site or virtual training sessions with the café’s kitchen team to ensure clear understanding and consistency in preparation and plating. Oversee a kitchen test day or soft launch session to refine recipes and service flow if required.
