Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Leadership • Develop our Ecommerce capabilities to support sustained revenue and margin growth., • Lead onsite experience, digital trading, merchandising, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), search & navigation, and content strategy., • Shape and deliver the ecommerce roadmap, ensuring the platform continuously evolves to meet customer needs and outperform competitors., • Oversee day-to-day site performance, ensuring robustness, speed, usability, and commercial effectiveness. AI Transformation & Digital Innovation • Develop the company’s AI transformation strategy for ecommerce and associated business functions., • Lead the deployment of AI-enhanced capabilities such as:, • Personalised journeys and recommendations, • Predictive merchandising and demand modelling, • Second hand trade-in, • Automated content generation and enrichment, • Intelligent search and discovery, • Customer service AI tools (chatbots, agent assist, workflow automation), • Identify opportunities to embed automation in internal workflows across ecommerce, operations, buying & merchandising, and customer service.
