Essential Requirements · 6–8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment. · Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. · Proven experience managing and developing marketing teams. · Demonstrated success in driving online revenue growth and customer acquisition. · Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, content management, campaign planning and execution, SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, and conversion rate optimisation, with the ability to lead specialist teams across these functions. · Experience creating marketing processes, workflows, reporting structures, and scalable operating models. · Experience working with marketing analytics and performance reporting tools. · Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions to improve efficiency, content production, customer engagement, and marketing performance. · Commercially minded with a strong focus on ROI and business growth. · Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
