We work across strategy, delivery, data, and AI to create solutions that solve real operational, commercial, and patient-related challenges. We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of one of our life sciences AI tools or solutions and help shape its direction from concept through development to go-to-market. The role This role is for someone who can bring together life sciences understanding, product thinking, and AI-enabled innovation. You will own the direction of a product or solution, working across internal teams, subject matter experts, developers, and commercial stakeholders to ensure that what we build is useful, relevant, well-positioned, and aligned with the needs of the market. This is not just a delivery coordination role. We are looking for someone who can define priorities, shape requirements, connect product decisions to user and market needs, and help guide the product towards successful adoption. What you will do • Own the direction and development of a life sciences AI product or solution, • Translate market, user, client, and subject matter needs into clear product priorities and requirements, • Work closely with technical teams to guide feature development, priorities, and release planning, • Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business goals and market opportunity, • Help shape product positioning, value proposition, use cases, and go-to-market planning, • Act as the link between life sciences context, commercial opportunity, and product execution, • Gather and interpret feedback from users, clients, and internal stakeholders to improve the product over time, • Support pilot design, product validation, adoption planning, and launch readiness, • Ensure product thinking reflects regulatory, governance, privacy, and patient-related considerations where relevant We are looking for someone with a strong grounding in life sciences, healthcare, medcomms, psychology, behavioural science, or another patient-conscious and regulated environment, combined with experience in product management or ownership of digital solutions. You do not need to be deeply technical, but you must be confident working with technical teams and comfortable shaping technology-enabled products, ideally with exposure to AI. Essential experience • Experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role, • Strong background in life sciences, healthcare, medcomms, psychology, behavioural science, or a related field, • Experience working with digital products, software, or AI-enabled solutions, • Ability to define priorities and turn complex needs into clear product direction, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, • Ability to balance user needs, commercial goals, and delivery realities, • Experience in medical communications, patient engagement, digital health, health innovation, pharma, biotech, or medtech, • Experience helping shape go-to-market strategy, product positioning, or commercialisation, • Familiarity with AI products, data-driven tools, or emerging technology in a regulated setting, • Experience in start-up, or innovation-led businesses This role would suit someone who: • Wants to own something meaningful rather than just coordinate tasks, • Can see both the strategic and practical side of product development, • Understands the realities of life sciences, healthcare, or patient-focused environments, • Is excited by applying AI to real-world challenges in a responsible and commercially relevant way At Uptitude, you will have the opportunity to shape products that sit at the intersection of life sciences, data, and AI.
