What you do as a Chef de Partie: - You pride yourself on running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences - You are confident in managing, training and passing on your Chef de Partie knowledge to the more junior members of the team.
