Residential Support Practitioner - Children's Services: Full-time, Permanent £13.50ph - £15ph dependent on experience (covering unqualified Support Workers through to qualified Senior Support Worker) £34,416 - £37,440 estimated salary (based on 168 waking hours plus 12 sleep ins per month, usually 2–3 shifts per week) Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.
