This innovative provision supports pupils who are unable to access mainstream education due to neurodiversity, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), trauma, and significant mental health challenges. The role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality speech and language therapy within a therapeutic, relationship-led education model.
