We are looking for experienced or newly qualified GPs to join Southover Medical Practice. This salaried role offers 5 sessions per week and utilizes innovative technology and workflow management processes to improve patient access and streamline administrative tasks, allowing GPs to focus on clinical work with support from highly trained multi‑disciplinary teams. • Deliver high‑quality clinical care to registered patients and work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the surgery’s operational plan., • Maintain high standards in clinical governance, audit, the Quality and Outcomes Framework, and other quality standards including CQC., • Provide clinical care as outlined in the job plan and the triage model, including in‑person and video consultations, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, prescription signing, other clinical administration, safeguarding lead duties, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings and on‑call duties (excluding out of hours)., • Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards set by the GMC and prioritize individual patient care., • Collaborate with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to develop, deliver and review the surgery action plan – covering list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile and cost management., • Current registration with the GMC and NHS performers list, and engaged in regular clinical work., • Experience as a GP with MRCGP examination or equivalent accreditation., • Strong commitment to delivering quality and patient‑focused services., • Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding., • Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb., • Annual salary up to £112,500 (depending on experience) and £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs., • Full indemnity cover., • Six weeks annual leave plus one week study leave pro‑rata., • Support for SPIN fellowship applications., • Support with a Tier 2 visa if required, subject to GMC and GP Performers List approval., • Full financial and practical support to become F2 supervisor/GP Trainer with associated income benefits., • Exceptional benefits package, including car benefit scheme, cycle‑to‑work schemes, travel season ticket loans, discount cards, and employee wellbeing services., • Varied opportunities for career development within the wider organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
