Learning & Development Manager Location: North East | Competitive Salary + Benefits James Webber Recruitment is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a luxury hospitality business. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate L&D professional to shape and deliver a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and leadership development. The Role As Learning & Development Manager, you will: • Create and implement a Learning & Development strategy that supports business goals., • Design and deliver training programmes (workshops, e-learning, leadership development)., • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate impact., • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS). We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager who has: • Proven L&D experience (hospitality sector preferred)., • Strong knowledge of training design, delivery, and digital learning., • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualifications., • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
