The Role As General Manager, you will have full operational and commercial responsibility for the hotel. You will oversee all departments, ensuring seamless delivery of brand standards while creating a distinctive local identity in line with our repositioning strategy. You will work in close partnership with Axiom Hospitality and the Radisson franchise team, ensuring alignment on brand, performance, and strategic direction - while confidently leading the property as your own business. You will be accountable for: • Driving financial performance and market repositioning • Delivering exceptional guest satisfaction scores • Building a high-engagement, high-performance culture • Strengthening the hotel's reputation within the London luxury market • Identifying growth opportunities across rooms, F&B and ancillary revenue streams The core skills and experience required to succeed To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: • 3 to 5 years' experience as a General Manager within a quality or luxury hotel environment • Strong Food & Beverage background - essential • Proven success in driving commercial performance and managing full hotel operations • Strong financial acumen with full ownership of P&L, cost control and revenue optimisation • Experience leading through change, renovation or repositioning projects (highly desirable) • A natural ability to inspire, influence and develop people • Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence This role requires resilience, agility and ambition.
