We have multiple posts available, including: FHA04335 - Testing & Inspection Electrician Salary: £35,000-£36,500 The Testing and Inspection Electrician is responsible for carrying out electrical testing, inspection, and certification of domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations in accordance with current regulations. The role ensures electrical safety, compliance, and quality of work undertaken across the Radius Housing portfolio. Shortlisting Criteria: Qualified Electrician with City & Guilds 2365 / 2330 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) City & Guilds , or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification. In-depth knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations). Experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Full Current UK driving licence * Good communication and IT skills. FHA04350 - Property Clearance Operative Salary: £26,000-£27,000 The Property Clearance Operative is responsible for clearing, cleaning, and preparing vacant properties for reoccupation or refurbishment. This includes the safe removal of furniture, waste, fixtures, and fittings. The role supports the organisation in maintaining housing standards and turnaround times for void properties. Shortlisting Criteria: Experience in property clearance, waste removal, or similar manual work. Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Full Current UK driving licence (if role involves travel) * FHA04355 - Plumber Salary: £32,000-£34,000 The postholder will carry out plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair works across residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring all works are completed to high standards, comply with current regulations, and provide a safe environment for service users. Your new role Reporting to the Development Manager, you will work alongside members of the development team to ensure the delivery of new homes across Northern Ireland. This will include: Managing and maintaining the development of the Project Tracker and associated reporting structures. Undertaking site registration of proposed projects and maintenance of the Site Registration Tracker. Liaising with NIHE Place Shaping Teams to secure support for proposed schemes. Assisting the Development Team with handovers, tenant information packs, latent defects, adoptions, end of defects inspections. Working with Solicitors to ensure that all legal papers are reviewed and executed by the Association, including the preparation of contract documentation. Liaising with consultants, contractors, and a range of internal and external stakeholders. Liaising with the Procurement Team to ensure that all development activity is undertaken in compliance with the Association's existing development and procurement procedures. Manage the Development Teams' e-procurement activities, including setting up e-tendering, responding to clarifications, accepting PQQ's and regulatory compliance throughout the procurement process in conjunction with the Association's Head of Procurement. Liaison with the Head of Procurement to ensure that the Development Team's procurement activities align with and are consistent across the Association. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you must possess: A Level 3 qualification and one years' relevant experience, or three years' relevant experience as outlined above.
